Guesthouse for volunteer English teachers from abroad

The VVCF has acquired a guesthouse in Vinh Vien village. Originally a thatch hut, now being renovated. This will accommodate volunteer English teachers from abroad. It will also be made available to visiting donors and visiting members of the charity . Our future goal is to make English learning available to all children beginning grade 3 (age 8) and to the adult population as well.

We plan to introduce the Foreign Language Project, with a center at each elementary school, and one at the high school. To set up the foreign language centers, we would be grateful for donations of about 20 new or second hand computers.  We hope to recruit two volunteer English teachers by the end of the year.
